In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, these Rocks of Hope are for everyone to take home. Suicide Prevention
We are committed to preventing suicide through community education and collaboration.

Don't Duck Mental Health
Don't Duck Mental Health is a free public awareness and education program that teaches basic coping skills for mental health and aims to eliminate mental health stigma at a young age. We hope to remove the stigma and allow children to talk and identify signs of mental illness and suicide.

Nurture Home
Nurture Home is a transitional housing program for women suffering from mental illness. We provide a stable educational environment of personal growth, healthy living, medical treatment, financial education, job coaching, and finally, successfully re-entering society.

Welcome Baby
Welcome Baby provides critical educational materials to each patient at Aiken Regional Medical Center who has a baby. The information focuses on postpartum emotions and mental health concerns and provides a guide that includes relevant information for new parents.

Operation Santa
Operation Santa, held annually, provides for this population by meeting emotional and physical needs. The event celebrates singing, essential hygiene items, warm clothing, and a traditional holiday meal. It’s a special way to celebrate Christmas through giving.
